Club sessions...
We have a series of structured club sessions taking place throughout the week. The sessions will be a combination of water outings and regular land based training (ergs and weights).
For those athletes rowing competitively there will be additional sessions to prepare for races.
We use an app called 'spond' where members can sign up to the session schedule.
We're always happy to welcome new members at all levels of fitness and experience and at any time of the year!
