Formed in 2021, Barry Athletic Coastal Rowing Club is based on the coast at Barry Island.  Our vision is to make the sport accessible for all, competitive, recreational and adaptive.  Rowing has many physical and mental health benefits, it works nearly all of the muscles in your body so it is a very efficient work-out.  The land training is just as important as the water sessions!
